He will assist in planning, control and administration of the department's activities related to sales and marketing, ensuring the effective and efficient meeting of sales target and in accordance with the established company policies & procedures. He will supervise his staff in the following activities: sales forecasting, sales promotion, proper information on product prices to clients and preparation of sales-related documents. He will perform other sales-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

The candidates should be 35 years old or below, graduate of any engineering-related course from a reputable school, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission and must have at least five (5) years experience in sales, marketing and promotion of air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment. The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, courteous, computer literate (MS Office), good in written and oral communication, with high tolerance for stress and can relate to other employees of the Company.

4 Sales Engineers, E/E Sales & Engineering Department

He/she will sell the company's products and services to prospective customers in accordance with the standard selling price set by the company. He/she will prepare cost estimates, quotations and bid proposals. He/she will attend to sales calls and meetings, negotiation and technical coordination meetings. He will conduct product presentations to clients, consultants, architects, etc.

The candidates should not be more than 30 years old, graduates of any Engineering course. The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, results-oriented, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, computer literate, good in oral and written communication, with high tolerance for stress and can relate to other employees of the company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3 Staff Engineers, E/E Sales & Engineering Department

He/she will prepare installation drawings for the proposed and contracted projects, and make revisions if required using the AutoCAD. He/she will prepare reference drawings for special type of elevators as requested by the Sales Department and documents required for installation permits and certificates. He/she will attend to coordination meetings with Architects or Project Engineers to discuss in detail the solution to whatever problem that may arise. He/she will assist other departments in all technical details whenever necessary.

The candidates should not be more than 28 years old, graduates of any Engineering course and knowledgeable in using AutoCAD (2D). The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, results-oriented, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, computer literate, good in oral and written communication, with high tolerance for stress and can relate to other employees of the company.
