Sales Engineers / Sales Representatives, E/E Sales & Engineering Department
They will be responsible in sourcing out clients/customers and coordinating with architects and consultants, preparing cost estimates in accordance with bid specifications, generating sales, preparing contract documents and ensure acceptance by the client and coordinating with other trade contractors. The product line is either Mitsubishi elevators and escalators or airconditioning equipment or diesel generators.
The candidates must be between 21 and 27 years old, of good moral character and a graduate of any business or engineering-related course from a reputable school. The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, courteous, good in written and oral communication, with high tolerance for stress, can relate to other employees of the Company and computer literate. Experience in sales of the said equipment and knowledge in Auto CAD are not required but an advantage.

QAA Engineer/Inspector, Quality Assurance & Adjustment Department
He will be conducting final inspection of a completed project to check if the unit is already for turn-over to the owner and the Service department, ensuring that safety precautions are observed at the jobsite, conducting inspection, initial testing and adjustment of newly-installed elevators and / or escalators and recommend ways and means to improve quality of installation and service works and preparing periodic reports related to their work.
The candidates must be between 22 and 28 years old, graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Communications & Engineering from a reputable school and with good moral character. The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, courteous, good in written and oral communication, with high tolerance for stress, can relate to other employees of the Company and computer literate (MS Office).

Project Engineer, E/E Installation Department (Cebu-Based)
He will coordinate with other trade contractors on the phases of work (progress, completion and turn-over) related to elevator installation and with sub-contractors, attend site coordination meetings, take charge of handling projects under sub-contractor which may be assigned to him, prepare work schedules and take charge on matters concerning material requisitions, delivery schedules and project tools and equipment compliment, prepare all the documentation for turn-over requirements of the project, secure down payment and submit pro-forma invoice to clients, reconcile billing with General Contractor or Project Manager and follow up collections and perform other installation-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
The candidates must be between 22 and 28 years old, of good moral character and a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a reputable school. The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, courteous, good in written and oral communication, with high tolerance for stress, can relate to other employees of the Company and computer literate (MS Office).

Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Department
He/She is responsible in preparing the financial reports and budget. He/She must be adept in accounting systems.
The candidates should be 30 years old or below and a graduate of Accountancy course, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission. They must have at least two (2) years supervisory experience in medium-to-large scale business entity. The ideal applicant must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities, team worker, courteous, computer literate (MS Office), good in written and oral communication, with high tolerance for stress and can relate to other employees of the Company.
