Marketing Manager, Operations Group
He/She will determine the demand for products and services of the
Company, its competitors and identifies potential customers. He/she
will develop pricing strategies with the goal of maximizing the
Company's profit and share of market while ensuring customer
satisfaction. He/she will oversee product development or monitors
trends that indicate the need for new products and services.
The candidates should be 40 years old or below, graduate of BS
Marketing or any Engineering course and must have at least five (5)
years managerial experience in marketing and promotion of technical
products. The ideal applicants must be aggressive, responsible,
determined, honest, result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong
leadership qualities, team worker, courteous, computer literate (MS
Office), good in written and oral communication, with high tolerance
for stress and can relate to other employees of the company.

Assistant
Sales Manager, AC/R Sales & Engineering Department
He/She will assist in planning, control and administration of the department's
activities related to sales and marketing, ensuring the effective and
efficient meeting of sales target and in accordance with the
established company policies & procedures. He/She will supervise
his staff in the following activities: sales forecasting, sales
promotion, proper information on product prices to clients and
preparation of sales-related documents. He will perform other
sales-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to
time.
The candidates should be 35 years old or below, graduate of any
engineering-related course from a reputable school, preferably
licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission and must have at
least five (5) years experience in sales, marketing and promotion of
air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment. The ideal applicants
must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest, result-oriented,
self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities, team worker,
courteous, computer literate (MS Office), good in written and oral
communication, with high tolerance for stress and can relate to other
employees of the Company.

Accounting
Supervisor, Accounting Department
He/She is responsible in supervising his/her subordinates to
ensure preparation and timely submission of monthly Financial
Performance Report (FPR), controlling, monitoring, and reconciling
bank accounts, fixed assets, warranty reserves and retirement fund
contributions, analyzing real and nominal accounts to ensure fair
presentation in the financial statements and correct tax payments,
preparing the financial reports and budget. He/She must be adept in
accounting systems.
The candidates should be 30 years old or below and a graduate of
Accountancy course, preferably licensed by the Professional
Regulation Commission. They must have at least two (2) years
supervisory experience in medium-to-large scale business entity. The
ideal applicant must be aggressive, responsible, determined, honest,
result-oriented, self-disciplined, with strong leadership qualities,
team worker, courteous, computer literate (MS Office), good in
written and oral communication, with high tolerance for stress and
can relate to other employees of the Company.
