The candidate should be 40 years old or below, graduate of any engineering-related course from a reputable school, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission and must have at least five (5) years experience in sales, marketing and promotion of air-conditioning and refrigerating equipment. AC & R DivisionHe will accompany/ represent the sales engineer in surveys, jobsite meetings and inspections. He will estimate bill of quantities required for installation bids. He will prepare design tool and technical drawings needed for the required submittals of bids. He will coordinate with installation department the other project requirements for subcontractor billing.

Accounting DepartmentHe/ She will monitor the budget adherence of individual departments and recommend measures to contain departmental costs within budget. He/ She will formulate company’s financial / budget plans to support the company’s thrusts and priorities and consolidate departmental plans of various units as part of an integral corporate plan. He/ She will assist the Treasurer and Accounting Manager in areas of: Treasury, Import and Export, Credit Management Insurance and Budget Control.

Administration DepartmentShe will prepare purchase orders thru Newton System. She will advise/remind Sales Engineers of the pending specifications, collections, etc. She will assist in developing and improving filing systems of computer data base to assure proper organization and security. She will prepare routine inquiries/ replies and other correspondences for project information related matters.
The candidate should not be more than 28 years old, single, graduate of any 4 years computer related course, with at least 1 year work experience in clerical, administration or secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate must be proficient in the use and application of any word processing computer software (window based applications) and any spreadsheet software (MS Excel). E/E Installation Department (Cebu Branch Office)He will conduct seminars/orientation on construction safety & health. He will conduct site inspection pertaining to safety at jobsite. He will recommend work procedure to improve and promote safety practices. He will inspect and audits all site operations to monitor compliance with all statutory regulations as well as safety program. He will monitor and compiles accident statistics based from accident frequency, type and trends.
