Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assists his superior in ensuring adherence to the set quality and standards of the company that pertains to maintenance and service
  • Performs contents indicated below and reports progress and results to his superior immediately:

  • a) Quality control patrols and inspections at jobsites
    b) Assistance to trouble-shootings at jobsites and its analysis
    c) Assistance to serviceman's work - advanced skill is needed such as using instrument
    d) Coordination with factories and Branch Managers/Supervisors concerning Trouble Report, Factory Reconstructions, Customer Reconstruction and so on so that issues can be fixed quickly

Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or any engineering course, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs periodic maintenance service on assigned units
  • Fixes abnormalities of the equipment when performing regular service of elevators/dumbwaiters
  • Checks mechanical and electrical parts of escalators and moving walks
  • Checks mechanical and electrical points on hoistway and car apparatus
  • Conducts jobsite inspection on emergency cases such as after an earthquake with an intensity of four (4) and above
  • Delivers invoices and correspondence of the department of the client
  • Follows up and collects payments from clients
  • Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time-to-time
Qualifications
  • Graduate at least two (2) years Vocational and Trade course
