SALES ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Sales Department
- Sales and Proposal Management:
- Develops contact with, attends to inquiries, and assists architects, engineers, contractors, and owners regarding their requirements for a particular product line
- Prepares quotation in accordance with the tender documents or requirements of the owner or his representative in coordination with the Engineering department
- Submits quotation, makes the necessary follow-up, and solicits in the process any assistance required from his superior or any officer of the company
- Inspection and Evaluation:
- Secures layout drawings from the owner or his representative to be the basis/reference for the Engineering Department in the preparation of estimates and of the Installation drawings
- Sales Order Processing and Monitoring:
- Reviews and prepares the contract documents, purchase orders, and proforma invoices (if required) for the project assigned
- Advises the owner or his representative about the shipping schedule of the equipment being purchased
- Ensures timely delivery of equipment to the project site
- Attends the initial coordination meetings at the site
- Documentation and Reporting:

PIS SUPERVISOR II
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Sales Department
- Supervises daily team operations, including tracking project status (PO, P1-P3), shipment, collections, and pending items
- Prepares and reviews sales reports and presentations for MEBS, AMEC-RHQ, MESE, SMEC, TMEC, MHE, and within IEE.
- Submits regular reports: KPI, bookings, management meetings, manpower analysis, and factory surveys

SALES ASSISTANT SURVEYOR
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Sales Department
- Conduct field surveys in designated areas outside Metro Manila to identify ongoing and upcoming construction or development projects
- Gathers and documents key project information, including project type, scope, location, timelines, involved parties, and current progress
- Identifies and establishes contact with key decision-makers such as project owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Promotes company products and services to potential clients through in-person visits, presentations, or organized events

STAFF ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Engineering Department
- Installation Layout Management:
- Prepares details of the input data sheet and specification memo sheet assigned for the proposed/contracted projects, and makes revisions if required
- Prepares reference drawings for special type of elevators, as requested by the Sales Department, which requires consultation with MEBS
- Prepares drawings and documents required for the installation permits and certificates
- Traffic Analysis:
- Prepares and submits traffic analysis of elevator projects required
- Meets with clients or the client's representative regarding traffic analysis results
- Files and keeps a systematic record of the traffic analysis report
- Technical Inquiry:
- Checks the form prepared by the Sales Department prior to sending it to the factory
- Keeps a systematic record of the factory's reply to the submitted inquiries
- Site Inspection:
- Conducts site inspection through measurement of elevator shaft and or escalator to verify the design specifications
- Prepares and submits detailed reports with photos
- Technical Service Support:
- Attends the coordination meeting with the architect or project engineer to discuss with them in detail the solution to any problem that may arise
- Assists other departments in all the technical details whenever it is necessary, such as but not limited to assisting the sales personnel
- Documentation and File Management:
- Records and files properly all layout drawings, manuals, electrical, and mechanical plans received from MEBS, and drawings received from customers

INSTALLATION ASSISTANT MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Installation Department
- Checks the working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project
- Takes charge of the proper assignment of projects to supervisors and junior supervisors
- Sees to it that all necessary documents are complete in each project
- Implements effective monitoring and control of manpower and tools

INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Installation Department
- Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project, subject to the review and approval of the IManager
- Coordinates with the immediate superior regarding the exact date of arrival of equipment at the jobsite
- Prepares manpower requirements suited to the installation budget to ensure proper personnel distribution and utilization, in coordination with the immediate superior
- Checks site conditions of the projects assigned to him for all the necessary coordination of Elevator/Escalator requirements prior to the installation work
- Coordinates with the General Contractor's representative for any problems at the jobsite in connection with the installation work

Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Installation Department
- Conducts site inspection and coordination with the client regarding site issues and requirements
- Attends site coordination meetings with other trade contractors on phases of work related to elevator/escalator installation
- Conducts study and reviews all scope of works stipulated in the sales contract and coordinates with the Sales Department for other terms and conditions

- Initiation of improvement in the processes of elevator and escalator installation for productivity, quality, and safety for the Installation Department that can add value to the company
- Preparation of drawings and documentation of procedures or SOP to be used as reference and standard
- Provide support and coordination to other sections and departments relative to developing and improving elevator and escalator installation

- Conducts test confirmation of elevator and escalator function and safety test in accordance with design specification

- Service Branch Oversight and Planning:
- Manages and oversees two or more geographically separated service branches, ensuring all activities align with company objectives

E/E Service Department
- Routine Maintenance and Repairs:
- Performs periodic maintenance service on assigned units
- Repairs and fixed immediately the defects noted on any unit if necessary
- Performs and recommends special service jobs through supervisors
- Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
- Inspection and Reporting:
- Performs inspection of equipment for newly handed-over projects

QUALITY ASSURANCE AND SAFETY ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
Safety and Quality Assurance Department
- Service Quality Assurance and Safety Inspections:
- Conducts inspections on elevator and escalator units under paid maintenance contracts and newly installed units (jointly with the E/E Installation Department) to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Assists in the investigation for elevator and escalator units with high Call Back Service (CBS) rate, entrapment rate, safety-related incidents at site, and maintenance-related failure based on CBS Mon system.
- Prepares and submits detailed inspection reports to concerned personnel (e.g. Branch Supervisors, E/E Installation PIC, Mitsubishi Information Center (MIC), and, also to client, if, needed only).
- Coordinates with internal teams (e.g., E/E Service Branch Heads, Supervisors, MIC & M’s BRIDGE System Section, etc.) to communicate inspection outcomes and recommend immediate actions.
- Assists and confirms quality assurance through inspection after major replacement activities, rectification works, and troubleshooting activities are completed.
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
- Assists in on-site troubleshooting and analysis of elevator and escalator issues, particularly those requiring advanced technical skills and the use of diagnostic instruments.
- Coordinates and provides support in punch list rectification and factory reconstruction activities carried out by branch maintenance personnel, limited to monitoring and relaying instructions from MEBS.
- Supports maintenance personnel with advanced technical issues that require instruments like multimeters, insulation testers, vibration testers, speed meters, maintenance laptops, tension gauges, etc.
- Identifies field quality concerns, prepares technical report, and communicates with the concerned E/E Service Branch Head and/or Supervisor.
- Monitoring, Reporting, and Documentation:
- Generates internal and external reports covering inspections, service quality, and troubleshooting activities.
- Compiles and consolidates technical data for non-operational unit monitoring, rail and bracket inspections, elevator and escalator inspections, factory reconstructions, and other activities related to safety and quality.
- Collects information to support the creation of procedural documents and recommends improvements to work processes related to inspections, field assessments, and maintenance checks.
- Participates in major replacement activities of the E/E Service Department and provides suggestions on processes and instructions related to quality inspections, field assessments, and maintenance checks to support the improvement of Work Instruction development.
- Prepares and submits data of Service Quality Report for Mitsubishi Electric Building Solutions (MEBS) Monthly Report.
- Discuss to E/E Service key quality performance indicators per branch such as entrapments, failure rates, CBS rates, maintenance-related issues, rope and brake test results, and other safety-related concerns
- Monitors, follows-up, and reports the progress of E/E Service Branch in Factory Reconstruction and Investigation Request to QAS Supervisor.
- Project and Field Operations:
- Inspects and confirms the severity of punch list items found related to safety and recommends suspension of elevator/escalator operation if necessary.
- Handles jobsite emergencies, investigates incidents with E/E Service Branch, and submits a technical report with root cause analysis.
- Assists in M’s BRIDGE system activities, including but not limited to signal testing, installation, activation, and troubleshooting related to the system.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Coordinates with branch supervisors to schedule technical site inspections, including factory-related reconstruction and investigation requests.
- Follows up on rectification of punch list items (e.g. adjustments, replacements, troubleshooting) and communicates technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including MIC and branch heads.
- Engages with branch teams to discuss safety concerns resulted from poor quality service and installation.
- Immediately reports safety-related findings to the E/E Service Supervisor and immediate superior.
- Submits Special Service Reports and recommendation reports (if applicable) after troubleshooting or inspections.
- Discusses with the E/E Service Supervisor and QAS Supervisor any punch list items that are safety-related concern or may affect the performance of the inspected elevator and/or escalator unit for immediate actions.
- Other Duties:
- Adheres to IEE quality policy and quality objectives of Safety and Quality Assurance Department.
- Performs other related quality assurance and technical tasks as may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

- Contract analysis and making a strategy for maintenance contracts.
- Preparation and submission of service contract proposals to the owner representative.
- Monitoring and following up on the contract proposal processes.
- Client Communication and Service Improvement:
- Suggestion/recommendation of the owner/owner’s representative for the improvement of the operation/servicing of their elevator/escalator.
- Quotation and Pricing:
- Quotation of Regular Maintenance, Special Service (Reconstruction), and so on.
- Interdepartmental Coordination:
- Coordination with Service Sales Supervisor/ Consultant/ Branch Managers/ Supervisors/ QSAS/MIC/SAP concerning anything related to maintenance sales matters.
- Any immediate work as needed concerning maintenance and sales.
- Training and Development:
- Attendance at maintenance sales training
- Other Responsbilities:
- Adheres to IEE quality policy and the quality objectives of the E/E Service Department.
- Prepares complete monthly reports on respective process performance and status monitoring of secured units, free service units, renewed contracts, and so on.
- Performs other documentation and service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time.
- Graduate of any 4-year Business, Engineering, or Architecture course, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Must be proficient in oral and written communication. Skilled in using MS Office and other related computer applications
- Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and has strong leadership potential

SERVICEMAN
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Service Department
- Performs routine maintenance services
- Performs periodic maintenance service on assigned units
- Resolves equipment issues during regular servicing
- Fixes abnormalities of the equipment when performing regular service of elevators/dumbwaiters
- Inspects key mechanical and electrical components
- Checks mechanical and electrical points on hoistway and car apparatus
- Conducts emergency jobsite inspections
- Conducts jobsite inspection on emergency cases, such as after an earthquake with an intensity of four (4) and above
- Manages client-related documentation
- Delivers invoices and correspondence of the department to the clients
- Ensures timely payment collection
- Follows up and collects payments from clients
- Adheres to the IEE quality policy and quality objectives of the E/E Service Department
- Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
- Graduate of at least two (2) years of Vocational or Trade course
- Relevant experience for two (2) years in the elevator/escalator industry
- Must have passed the six (6) months training curriculum for Serviceman Trainees
- Must be physically fit and of good moral character

ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER
AC/R Sales Department
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervises department in the following activities:
- Sales forecasting
- Sourcing out of clients and customers - coverage of areas included in related industries
- Sales call - strategic sales presentation competent salesmanship
- Sales quotation - accurate and prompt submission to clients
- Attends meetings to enhance customers' relations
- Prepares department budget and controls the expenses within the budget
- Coordinates with the principals regarding the company's activities in selling its products
- Trains and develops subordinates by conducting sales training and productivity improvement programs to AC/R Sales and Engineering personnel for the upliftment of their technical know-how
- Represents the company in meetings, gatherings or functions in organizations where the company is a member, concerned or involved
- Assists the Department Manager in all AC/R activities
- Adheres to IEE quality policy and quality objectives of AC/R Sales Department
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
- Graduate of any field in Engineering, preferably by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Must be knowledgeable in the promotion, sales, and marketing of engineering equipment and technology
- With technical exposure in the construction or related industries
- Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in the same capacity
- With a valid non-professional/professional driver's license
