PIS SUPERVISOR II
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Sales
- Prepares presentation of all sales-related reports as required by MEBS, AMEC-RHQ, MESE, SMEC, TMEC, MHE, and within IEE
- Conducts and compiles detailed survey reports for MEBS, covering elevator and escalator products (MESE, Melina, TMEC, MHE, and SMEC)
- Conducts in-depth research on market trends, economic conditions, and other relevant indicators to support sales business planning and relevant activities
- Gathers information regarding the activities of competitors and any other market-related research
- Prepares and assists in the preparation of the department's Sales plan on revenues, gross profit, PO, and P1 targets every mid-year (MYR) and business outlook (OB) review of each fiscal year
- Prepares, reviews, and summarizes the required E/E Sales report and submits the same to the superior:
- Monthly report KPI
- Monthly Booking report
- Monthly Management Meeting Report
- Manpower Analysis of the department
- Mitsubishi factories survey (AMEC, MHE, TMEC, KMEC, and SMEC)
- Reviews shipment-related documents (Project monitoring list from each factory, shipping documents, and request for EARI for equipment insurance coverage)
- Monitors and supervises the day-to-day activities of PIS team (status of projects such as P0, P1, P2 & P3, and other related matters)
- Monitors the progress and status of all pending/outstanding matters (shipment and technical matters) until the earliest resolution of each outstanding quotation of elevators and escalators
- Prepares communication correspondences that will be assigned by the superior from time-to-time
- Graduate of BS in Business Administration major in Financial Management or in Accountancy, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- With Supervisorial experience and preferably CPA board passer in case Accountancy graduate
- Must be proficient in English in both oral and written communication and can compose/write a good business report

STAFF ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Engineering Department
- Prepares details of input data sheet and specification memo sheet assigned to him for the proposed/contracted projects
- Prepares reference drawings for special type of elevator, as requested by the Sales Department, which requires consultation with MELCO
- Prepares drawings and documents required for the installation permits and certificates
- Prepares and submits traffic analysis of elevator projects required
- Meets with clients or client's representative regarding traffic analysis results
- Attends to coordination meeting with the architect or project engineer to discuss with them in detail the solution to whatever problem that may arise
- Records and files properly all layout drawings, manual, electrical, and mechanical plans received from MELCO and drawings received from customers
- Files and keeps systematic record of traffic analysis report
- Assists other departments in all the technical details whenever it is necessary
- Perform other engineering related tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time

INSTALLATION ASSISTANT MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Installation Department
- Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project
- Takes charge of proper assignment of projects to supervisors and project engineers
- Ensures that all the necessary documents are complete for each project
- Implements effective monitoring and control of manpower and tools
- Assists superior in weekly coordination meetings
- Monitors closely the progress of the installation project concerning budget, expense control, timely completion, and quality of work of his team
- Assists in the implementation of training programs for the upliftment of skills of workers

INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Installation Department
- Prepares working schedule specifying the date of commencement and completion of a particular installation project, subject to the review and approval of the Installation Manager and the Assistant Installation Manager, respectively
- Coordinates with the immediate superior regarding the exact date of arrival of equipment at the jobsite
- Prepares manpower requirements suited to the installation budget to ensure proper personnel distribution and utilization, in coordination with the immediate superior
- Checks site conditions of the projects assigned to him for all the necessary coordination of Elevator/Escalator requirements prior to the installation work
- Coordinates with the General Contractor's representative for any problems at the jobsite
- Reports immediately to superior any problems encountered at the jobsite and all job-site accidents in connection with the installation work
- Checks every phase of the installation work, ensuring that technical specifications and guidelines are complied with
- Prepares and submits reports required, such as Weekly Progress Reports, Job-Site Daily Inspection Reports, and others

E/E Installation Department
- Assists senior supervisor in attending coordination meetings and coordinating with other trade contractors on phases of work related to elevator installation

- Supports senior supervisor on proper billing and collection of accounts for this project

Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Installation Department
- Ensures that safety precautions are observed at the job site

E/E Service Department
- Service Branch Oversight and Planning:
- Manages and oversees two or more geographically separated service branches, ensuring all activities align with company objectives
- Plans, organizes and streamlines all branch operations under him to uphold quality standards for regular and special service jobs related to elevators and escalators
- Implements strategies to maintain high standards for service quality and performance across all branches
- Factory Inquiries Monitoring and Contact Management:

- Budget Preparation:
- Prepares the Mid-Year and Outlook Budget for Service branch operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial expectations
- Client Meetings:

SERVICE SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Service Department
- Prepares monthly/daily work schedules (capacity plan), conducts daily toolbox meeting and discuss safety concerns prior to dispatch of servicemen under him and sees to it that the schedules are followed. Input the daily man hours rendered to projects in SAP
- Conducts regular performance check of all the equipment in his area to check the condition and performance of the particular unit and makes recommendation necessary for its improvement and/or servicing system
- Prepares all the materials and schedule of all approved repair service, reconstruction and additional features requested by client
- Coordinates with other sections on matters pertaining to proper maintenance of elevators and escalators
- Monitors all trouble calls of his area of responsibility and act accordingly

BMS SALES ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
AC/R Sales Department
- Develops contact with, attends to inquiries, and assists engineers, consultants, and owners regarding their requirement for Chiller System Control Building Management System.
- Secures layout drawing from the owner or his representative to be the basis/reference for the engineering department in the department in the preparation of estimates and the installation drawings
- Prepares quotations under the specification or requirement of the client in coordination with his superior/principal

CHILLER LEAD TECHNICIAN
Duties and Responsibilities
AC/R Sales Department
- Preventive Maintenance and Client Support:
- Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment
- Address client complaints, including basic chiller and airside repairs
- Equipment Monitoring and Diagnostics:
- Visually inspect mechanical components for abnormalities, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency
- Use instruments (thermometers, pressure gauges, and multimeters) to record parameters (Delta P, Delta T, bearing temperatures, oil pressure, and motor amperages) to assess chiller, evaporator, and compressor condition and performance
- Report and troubleshoot any unusual abnormalities
- Service Requests and Reporting:
- Respond to daily work requests and emergency service requests related to refrigeration and air conditioning

SERVICE ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Service Department
- Performs periodic maintenance service on assigned units
- Repairs and fixes immediately the defects noted on any unit, if necessary
- Performs and recommends special service jobs through supervisors
- Performs inspection of equipment for newly handed-over projects
- Prepares and submits reports to the supervisor immediately after the inspection
- Perform reconstruction works on the technical information sheet issued by the Principal, MELCO Inazawa units, on the jobsite already under the Service Department
- Revises or modifies control circuits for new types of elevators through the use of a maintenance computer and read-only memory (ROM) writer
- Performs work related to trouble call reduction and suggests countermeasures and other improvements necessary to reduce trouble call frequency
- Performs other service-related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time
- Graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Must be proficient in communicating, both in oral and written English and Filipino

MODERNIZATION SALES ENGINEER
Duties and Responsibilities
E/E Service Department
- Develops contact, attends to inquiries, and assists architects, engineers, contractors, and owners regarding their requirements for a particular product line
- Secures layout drawings from the owner or his representative to be the basis/reference for the Engineering department in the preparation of estimates and the installation drawings
- Prepares quotation in accordance with the specification or requirement of the owner or his representative in coordination with the Engineering department and his superior
- Submits quotations, makes the necessary follow-up, and solicits in the process any assistance required from his superior or any officer of the company
- Prepares the contract documents, purchase orders, and proforma invoices for the project specifically assigned to him
- Advise the owner or his representative about the shipping schedule of the equipment being purchased.
- Submits periodic sales reports to his immediate superior outlining the work done for each day
- Helps in the information-gathering process regarding the activities of the competitors and any other market development.
- Collects the amount due to the company as payment by the customer for sales made and closed
- Assists in making business plans
- Maintains confidentiality of classified information
- Performs other sales-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
- Graduate of any Bacherlor's degree; preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Preferably with experience in the field of sales but not required
- Must be proficients and converse fluently in both oral and written in English and Filipino

AC/R Sales Department
- Supervises department in the following activities:
- Sales forecasting
- Sourcing out of clients and customers - coverage of areas included in related industries
- Sales call - strategic sales presentation competent salesmanship
- Sales quotation - accurate and prompt submission to clients
- Attends meetings to enhance customer' relations.<>
- Prepares department budget and controls the expenses within the budget.
- Coordinates with the principals regarding the company's activities in selling its products
- Trains and develops subordinates by conducting sales training and productivity improvement programs for AC/R Sales and Engineering personnel for the upliftment of their technical know-how
- Represents the company in meetings, gatherings, or functions in organizations where the company is a member, concerned, or involved

- Graduate of any field in Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission
- Must be knowledgeable in the promotion, sales, and marketing of engineering equipment and technology

- With technical exposure in the construction or related industries
- Must have excellent communication skills and can converse fluently in both English and Filipino languages
