Made Easy with Mitsubishi Electric's
Remote Controllers

Providing cold air inside buildings and facilities usually needs a centralized air conditioning system. A central air conditioner can circulate the air through a system of supply and return ducts. But how can you change the temperature based on room condition? This is where the remote controllers are used.

What are aircon remote controllers?

Air conditioners have evolved in their capabilities over the years, one of these is having a remote controller. This helps add to the overall experience of having an air conditioner.

Remote controllers of air conditioners typically have the ability to turn on or off the indoor unit. Various modes and parameters, such as operation modes, general temperature ranges, fan speed, and timer, are also controllable. Overall, granting users control enables them to conserve energy by managing its functionality.

Mitsubishi Electric’s Remote Controllers

Mitsubishi’s air conditioning systems are supported by a variety of remote controllers. All types of remote controllers can provide the basic functioning of being able to do the general controls and monitoring of indoor units as well as more unique operational features.

Centralized Control

Centralized air conditioning controls such as CITY MULTI enable building owners to control all air conditioning units in a specific location and/or integrate it with the Building Management System (BMS), giving them control of the entire building including air conditioning.

System Control

System controls enable air conditioners in each group to turn on or off and have their modes change as needed. The presence of a weekly schedule allows them to control all air conditioning units based on their requirements. It can be turned on before the work starts and off once it is no longer needed.

Local Remote Controller

On a smaller scale, local remote controllers can be used to control the air conditioning in each room for use in each situation.

Finding the right air conditioning remote controller

With many options available, it is important that you are able to select the one that suits your building’s needs the most, whether you need a centralized control that connects with your overall building management or if you want a more granular approach and having access to remotes in select rooms.
